Nika Corporate Housing, LLC (“NIKA”) provides traditional Corporate Housing or “Serviced Apartment” services.
We provide upscale temporary furnished living solutions for your associates from temporary interns to VIP execs relocating with families in-tow. To do this, we secure one, two and three bedroom apartments and condos in locations desirable to our clients needs, and furnish these units with all the amenities, services, and comforts of home required to complete a fully furnished living experience.
We then provide these accommodations to our clients for a single nightly rate. These rates are comparable and many time less than mid-level hotel rates. Rates vary by location and size of unit.
We also provide safe and secure, comfortable temporary furnished living solutions for USGOV and Military members/associates, for TDY/TAD stays from just a few days to multiple months, at or below current per-diem rates.
In most markets, we can accommodate stays from as little as 5 days, to as long as you need.
We have over 18 years experience, an “Exceptional” rating with the US Government and are certified as an “Excellent” provider within our industry, and are the proud recipient of the Corporate Housing Providers Association 2022 "Company of the Year - Tower of Excellence" award.
PAST PERFORMANCE:
We have administered multiple large US Government contracts
and BPA’s serving thousands of US Servicemembers, GS guests and
VIP’s over multiple years, and have never had a service failure or
failure to perform.
CORE COMPETENCIES:
We are familiar with, and adhere to all JTR rules, regulations, and
CDC Covid-19 guidelines. We have a licensed Realtor on staff and adhere to all
Government Fair Housing rules.
We accept All major credit cards, wire, ACH, Company Checks, and for Government clients, US GTCC, Wire, and WAWF payment vehicles.
CERTIFICATIONS:
We are a nationally certified Woman Owned business through the WBENC certification process, and internationally certified through the industry ASAP (Association of Serviced Apartment Providers) program, and also hold certifications with the State of Florida, County of Hillsborough and City of Tampa. Each certification requires strict compliance and periodic review and renewal procedures. We are a Certified Corporate Housing Provider (CCHP) through the
Corporate Housing Providers Association. We belong to the
national Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and are an
internationally certified IATA Travel Agency.
