IT Job Prospects Still Strong at ComputerTraining.com

Boston, MA, November 10, 2008 --(PR.com)-- On the same day the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped over 500 points to a 5 year low, 16 businesses showed up at ComputerTraining.com's Burlington, MA center www.computertraining.com/campus_BURLINGTON-MA.shtml looking to hire students and graduates. Most employers were looking to fill technical support rolls.

The Career Fair was heralded as a "Complete Success" by the Burlington center's Director of Placement Elizabeth McConaghy. "The most amazing part is to see former ComputerTraining.com grads coming back to hire new graduates for the companies they now work for. I was very happy to see how impressed the employers were with our facility, staff, and caliber of students.”

One such graduate, Chad Patterson, graduated from ComputerTraining.com in May of 2008. He now works as Level 2 Tech Support for Single Digits in Manchester, NH. Single Digits offers a WiFi "hotspot" managed service solution that enables organizations, such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, to seamlessly deliver their own branded, guest Internet services. Single digits has experienced explosive growth over the last year and have hired a number of ComputerTraining.com grads.

Also in attendance was Deb Berkovitz of Technical Needs, a talent staffing company servicing Northern New England. Deb had this to say about ComputerTraining.com's grads "My experience working with ComputerTraining.com has been nothing less than amazing. The training and support they provide their candidates and graduates gives them a step up above the rest. Tech Needs hires only the best and ComputerTraining.com truly delivers."

ComputerTraining.com is planning to hold its next Boston Job Fair in February '09 at its Quincy, MA location.
