Voicebrook Expands Pathology Team

Taps industry veteran, Rick Levine, to further strengthen its leadership in providing speech recognition solutions for Pathology.

Lake Success, NY, May 12, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Voicebrook, Inc. today announced the appointment of Rick Levine as Senior Specialist, Pathology Solutions. In this position, Mr. Levine will have varied responsibilities for pre- and post-sale customer activities, and will be a member of Voicebrook’s product development team.

Mr. Levine joins Voicebrook from Nuance Communications where he most recently served as the Senior Project Manager for Dragon Medical solutions. Having been involved with speech recognition in Pathology since 1995, Rick has experience integrating speech recognition software with most major Anatomic Pathology systems. Over the past 15 years, he has been involved in numerous speech recognition implementations in Pathology throughout North America.

Prior to his tenure at Nuance, Mr. Levine was responsible for delivering and developing speech recognition solutions at Lernout & Hauspie and Kurzweil AI. He also has held sales, marketing, and support roles since his employment at Kurzweil AI, where he was the Product Manager for VoicePath, the first commercially available voice recognition application for Pathology. Rick holds a BA degree from Duke University and an MBA from Boston College.
