The event put on by Women of the World proved to be a successful day that offered award ceremony, luncheon and a local Chicago designer fashion show. Fashion Face Forward II took place at the Mid America Club last week.
Fashion Face Forward I, the premiere event put on by Women of the World (WOTW), was a great success that brought opportunity and funds to the less fortunate of Chicago. NuU Unlimited attended and participated in Fashion Face Forward II, with a focus on demolishing domestic abuse and violence in Chicago, IL. Fashion Face Forward II mimicked the excellence of Fashion Face Forward I and awarded women who have made a difference by raising awareness and advocating for legislation to prevent violence against women. A portion of the proceeds of this event went to Chicago Metropolitan Battered Women’s Network.
