Presque Isle Downs and Casino Hosting 2nd Annual Asian Karaoke Contest

Erie, PA, November 24, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Presque Isle Downs and Casino will be hosting its 2nd Annual Asian Karaoke Contest on Nov. 27 at 3 p.m. in the Downs Clubhouse & Lounge located on the second floor.

Thirty contestants will belt it out for a chance to win $5000 in first place monies. Second place will receive $1000 and third place will be awarded $500.

“Presque Isle Downs and Casino is very supportive of the Asian community and we will continue to look for creative ways to stay involved,” said casino President Fred Buro.

The general public is invited to attend the event which will feature singers who won satellite competitions in the tri-state area.

“We will really have a lot of talent here,” said Buro. “I encourage everyone to come out and see for themselves how fantastic this Karaoke competition is.”

The Presque Isle Downs and Casino is conveniently located less than 90 minutes from Cleveland & Buffalo, and located on I-90 at Exit 27. The casino offers free parking and complimentary shuttle buses year round.
