Flights.com Launches New Hotel Search
Englewood, NJ, May 14, 2007 --(PR.com)-- In an effort to diversify their business and enhance user experience, Flights.com announced today that it has added a new hotel search method to their existing hotel section. Effective today, Flights.com users will be able to search U.S. hotels by location using a "drill down" approach. Flights.com implemented over 20,000 new web pages containing property descriptions and hotel rates provided by Hotels.com. According to Joe Herzig, Director of Business Operations at Flights.com, "I believe this will certainly improve our hotel section and make it more user friendly... we are always looking for ways to improve our user experience." Flights.com originally started their hotel section to meet user demand for travelers wishing to book hotel reservations in addition to airfare, the site's main focus. The new section includes a state by state link followed by a city link that lists all hotels within a certain city or town. Currently the “drill down” hotel search is only available for U.S. cities, but plans are already underway to expand internationally. In the meantime users can still use the main search form for international destinations.

Flights.com®, formerly Tiss.com (Travel Information Software Systems) is a leading global travel site and has been online since 1994. Flights.com is privately held and among the top travel industry sites worldwide with more than 1,000,000 registered users and over 30,000 unique visitors per day.
