CPEhr Releases New White Paper: “How Professional Employer Outsourcing Will Help Small and Mid-Sized Employers Cope with an Uncertain 2013”

HR Outsourcing and PEO firm CPEhr releases new white paper detailing current employment challenges and how outsourcing human resources will help employers manage in 2013.

Los Angeles, CA, February 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- CPEhr, a Los Angeles-based Professional Employer Organization (PEO), recently released a new white paper detailing the unique employment challenges facing small employers, and the increasing popularity of outsourcing human resources to a PEO.

The white paper, titled, “Preparing for the Future: How Professional Employer Outsourcing Will Help Small and Mid-Sized Employers Cope with an Uncertain 2013,” reviews how Health Care Reform, uncertain economic conditions and the rising cost of compliance will impact small and mid-sized employers in the coming year.

“2012 was one of the most volatile economic periods in U.S. history,” explains Ari Rosenstein, the director of marketing at CPEhr and author of the white paper. “Following the approval of Health Care Reform by the Supreme Court, the re-election of President Obama, and Congress’s economic shenanigans, small employers are the real losers in this game of fiscal uncertainty. Dazed and confused by all the new regulations, many are deeply concerned about what the future holds.”

The white paper discusses the growing trend to outsource human resources to experienced employment firms that are familiar with these complex laws and legislation. In particular, the Professional Employer Outsourcing industry is highlighted, with a detailed description of the value PEOs offer to small and mid-sized employers. These include:

1. Reducing employment risks through proactive HR support, compliance and training;
2. Providing economies-of-scale to reduce insurance premiums, cut employment overhead and simplify administrative processes;
3. Guiding and directing business through Health Care Reform compliance;
4. Offering robust employee benefit and health care plans;
5. Helping create safe and productive work environments.

“Short of a miracle turnaround in the immediate future, employers can expect many of the same challenges they faced in 2012,” adds Rosenstein. “That is what makes outsourcing HR so attractive. PEOs have the size, experience and stability to weather these turbulent times, and small employers can take the ride along with them.”
