This product enables MTR to manage customer relationships and monitor social interactions online via Oracle’s cloud-based platforms and processing. Key features of the suite facilitate development, integration, and deployment of MTR’s social media strategy. It augments conventional casino
marketing and provides an end-to-end process of marketing, sales, customer engagement, communications, content management and support.
Oracle’s enterprise-grade cloud and database business applications are managed by experts with deep experience in the space. The deal provides MTR with best-of-breed back-end cloud-based systems to facilitate its vision to enhance the customer experience by leveraging the new world of big data and social media
