)-- Shriners Hospital for Children – Houston and Galveston has partnered with Amazing Spaces, a Houston-based self storage company, to collect personal items for patients and families served by the hospitals throughout 2014. The staff of Shriners Hospital seeks donations of new and unwrapped goods including gift cards, games and toys, hygiene products, and clothing items such as socks and underwear. These items may be dropped off at any of the Amazing Spaces self-storage properties in the greater Houston area where staff will place them in designated Shriners Hospital units. These items help patients and their families enjoy a more comfortable experience in either hospital.
