AFG Group Awarded 5-Year Construction Management BPA by GSA Region 4
The U.S. General Services Administration Region 4 awarded AFG Group a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for construction management services across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Projects will involve Federal office buildings, courthouses, border stations, and laboratories.
Construction management task orders are expected to involve new construction, building modernization, repair and alterations, historic property renovations, and energy improvements projects with a potential value of up to $3.75M in CM fees over the life of the contract. Services will cover Federal office buildings, Federal courthouses, border stations, and laboratories across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Paul Szmurlo, AFG’s Director of Federal Program/Construction Management Services will serve as AFG’s Contract Executive. For almost 20 years, AFG Group has provided construction management services for GSA Regions 1, 2, 3, and the National Capital Region. The firm recently received several Project of the Year Awards from CMAA recognizing their outstanding construction management services.
