SmashBully: Help Protect Yourself from Violence Bully Proof Your Child

Medford, NJ, April 14, 2015 --(PR.com)-- On Wednesday, April 15, 2015 South Jersey NOW-Alice Paul chapter, is honored to have as their guest speaker Robert Turley, from Medford, NJ who will demonstrate self-defense tips for adults. The program will be preceded by a discussion of chapter activities. The meeting starts at 7:30pm and is held at the First Baptist Church, 19 W. Main St., Moorestown (enter via side door closest to municipal parking lot and Carl's Shoe Store).

Normally, when we hear the words “violence against women,” we think of domestic violence. But there are so many other kinds of violence that women and their families face on a daily basis. Kids and teens face potential bullies at school. Adults face potential danger every time they walk to their car in an empty parking garage, in a questionable neighborhood, at a transit station, or even while shopping at the mall.

Robert Turley, founder of SmashBully.com, has been training and teaching marital arts for more than 30 years. At the meeting, he will demonstrate Adult Survival tips so participants know how to defend themselves against the most common attacks.
