Empire Mayo Continues Holiday Series with a Hanukkah Tribute - "Everything Bagel Mayo"

Brooklyn, NY, December 01, 2015 --(PR.com)-- “Everything Bagel” mayo is part two of three in the holiday collection from Empire Mayonnaise Co. and Greenpoint Trading Co. Last week the collaborators announced “Holiday Stuffing” and plan to release the third in the series early next week.

George Freedman, grandfather of Empire Mayonnaise’s Elizabeth Valleau, had a tradition of taking the young co-founder to the ballet for a Hanukkah treat. They would have lunch at one of the classic Lincoln center delis and after - a warm New York Everything bagel with cream cheese and a black cherry soda.

The second release in Empire Mayo’s holiday collection is a homage to that first perfect bite: warm and toasty, with a sprinkle of savory spices - garlic, onion, poppy and sesame. The taste of New York City childhood.

Everything Bagel mayo is part two of a toasted trilogy team-up with Brooklyn’s Finest small-batchers Empire Mayo and Greenpoint Trading Co. Last week the collaborators released “Holiday Stuffing” and will be announcing the third edition of the holiday series early next week.
