RNCG Angel Foundation Postpones Costume Ball for “Scaring Off Cancer”
Event Postponed - The RNCG Angel Foundation, a nonprofit organization, plans an enchanting evening “Under the Harvest Moon” at the Don Cesar in St. Pete Beach, FL, for its annual “Scaring Off Cancer” fundraiser to support cancer patients and their families.
Florida’s medical elite, business leaders, cancer survivors, and community supporters will don their best costumes for this stellar night with cocktails, music, hors d’oeuvres, dancing, and desserts in the ballroom at The Don Cesar, 3400 Gulf Blvd., St. Pete Beach. A live and silent auction will delight attendees with fabulous items. Donations from the growing list of generous sponsors include Moffitt Cancer Center, The Dali Museum, Great Explorations Children's Museum, Tampa Theatre, Dolphin Landings Charter Boat Center, Total Restoration Services Group, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, StarLite Cruises, Birch and Vine, and Julie Weintraub's Hands Across the Bay to name a few. “This annual fundraising ball is enjoyed by families and charitable professionals alike, as we join together to celebrate compassion and resources for one-on-one cancer care,” said Susan Scherer, vice president of The RNCG Angel Foundation, whose mission is to help cancer patients navigate through the medical, emotional, and financial barriers they encounter during a cancer journey.
