WorldTel Corporation Launches Enterprise Technology Services Focused on Artificial Intelligence and Carbon Markets
Charlotte, NC, October 06, 2026 --(PR.com)-- WorldTel Corporation today announced its launch as a multi-division enterprise technology company serving organizations that are putting artificial intelligence to work, modernizing their operations, and entering carbon markets. WorldTel was co-founded by Jason Roth and Richard Butler, and its current focus is artificial intelligence and carbon markets.

WorldTel's services are organized in five active divisions:

- Artificial Intelligence develops AI applications, including those under the Ceario brand.
- Sustainability delivers carbon market infrastructure through three brands:
- CearioTrader, the voluntary carbon credit trading platform operated by WorldTel Corporation.
- Widman, offering forest carbon project assessment and advisory.
- LBM Daily, publishing carbon and built-environment market intelligence, including the monthly Market Barometer.
- Digital Transformation provides advisory and implementation support for organizations modernizing their operations.
- Technology and Platforms delivers enterprise technology platforms and systems integration. It also provides managed IT services under the Information Highway name at ihiway.com.
- Human Capital develops workforce and education technology initiatives.

The Aerospace and FinTech divisions are in development, and Trade International is planned.

"Most organizations we talk to are dealing with several of these questions at once: how to use AI, how to keep their systems running while they modernize, and how to account for carbon," said Jason Roth, Co-Founder and President. "WorldTel lets them start with the problem in front of them and work with one company as their needs grow."

WorldTel Corporation was incorporated in North Carolina on February 12, 2025. It carries forward World Tel™, a Canadian technology name in use since 1993, and acquired the WORLD TEL trademark outright in December 2025.

On September 29, 2026, WorldTel Corporation and InterstellarM2M announced the Ceario Carbon Exchange Alliance, formed under a Strategic Alliance Agreement executed February 11, 2026.
