San Francisco, CA, September 25, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Escalera will be on tour from September 25 – September 28, 2008 to promote their self titled album “Escalera.” Ananda will be doing a photoshow of the music tour sometime in December 2008.

Photographer/Musician Ananda Moorman met Danny Way while filming for The DC Video. The two of them started A band together and have been playing music ever since. Escalera began when Danny Way and Bob Burnquist put their competition spirits aside and found they were playing music whenever they weren’t skating the MegaRamp together. Escalera can be described as an eclectic blend of laid back feel-good rhythms infused with raw metallic riffs.
Escalera have previously played live with Ziggy Marley, Switchfoot, Jason Mraz, Nickel Creek, Timmy Curran, Juliette Lewis and the Licks, A Fine Frenzy, Tom Curren, Rey Fresco, Musket and Todd Hannigan.
