Palomita Clothing’s Special Celebrity Designed Tee will be in Backstage Creations Celebrity Gift Basket at the 2009 ALMA awards

Eva Longoria Parker’s “love” design Tee, part of Palomita Clothing’s “Beca Series” is being gifted at award event.

San Francisco, CA, September 04, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Palomita Clothing, a fashion brand with a focus on the Hispanic Market, will be among the items in the Backstage Creations Celebrity Gift Baskets at the ALMA Awards 2009, being held in Los Angeles, CA on September 18.

Hosted by Eva Parker Longoria and George Lopez, the ALMA Awards bring together celebrities and leaders who influence American Society. Leaders, entertainers, fans and many more come together to celebrate our Latino heritage and its positive impact on American entertainment and culture.

Recipients of this year’s Gift Baskets will have the opportunity to receive a Palomita Clothing Celebrity designed Tee part of the “Beca Series.” The design being featured is the “love” Tee created by Eva Longoria Parker. By designing this Tee, Longoria Parker joined the already illustrious bouquet of Latino celebrities supporting the Palomita Education Fund. In response to the query “What is your passion? Ours is education…” Longoria Parker created this striking love tee. This original autographed design was auctioned earlier this year on May 29th, at the annual Piensa Mas Alla… Think Beyond… event, with all proceeds benefiting Latino education. The design is now available for purchase, for a limited time only, through specialty retailers and on-line at palomitaclothing.com.

“Palomita Clothing is a big supporter of the Latino community and through its partnership with the Palomita Education Fund, we look forward to inspiring and providing the opportunity for an education to young Latinos,” said Molly Robbins, founder of Palomita Clothing. “We are forever grateful for the support the Latino celebrities have shown us in designing these amazing tees which help raise much needed funds.”
