Music Brings NuU Medspa and Merit School Together for Alegre Carnavale, 8th Annual Masquerade Ball

Chicago, IL, November 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Merit School of Music of Chicago and NuU Medspa convened Saturday, November 14, 2009 for Alegre Carnaval, their 8th Annual Masquerade Ball that raise funds for school program. Merit School of Music provides excellent music education for children of all socioeconomic backgrounds.

Alegre Carnaval featured performances by Merit's Latin Jazz Band and the Alegre Strings. In addition, guests participated in a silent auction and bid on items such as original artwork, trendy bike bags, and tickets to performances by leading arts organizations. Approximately 250 – 300 professionals were present at this event ranging in ages from 25 – 50 years old. All proceeds from the event will help support music education programs at Merit School.
