Patriot Brass Ensemble Hosts Free Armed Forces Day Concert for Veterans

Ridgefield, NJ, April 27, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Patriot Brass Ensemble of Ridgefield, NJ is the first and only civilian brass ensemble of its nature dedicated to serving Veterans. The Patriot Brass has already worked with many different veterans organizations and towns including, The Borough of Ridgefield New Jersey, The Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks and The Lyons Campus of the VA NJ Health Care System. The mission of the Patriot Brass Ensemble is to create music for Veterans. The Patriot Brass Ensemble accomplishes this goal by performing in Veterans hospitals, lodges and concert halls, they also support Veterans events, ceremonies and other patriotic occasions. Steven Behnke of Ridgefield, NJ formed the group because he felt there were not enough groups to support the many Veterans in the United States.

"With the importance of Armed Forces Day and the positive message it brings to our Veterans it seemed like the perfect match for the Patriot Brass Ensemble to sponsor a concert that day." said Steven Behnke, "It is our goal to show Veterans how proud we are of their service in our military."

The Patriot Brass Ensemble is tremendously pleased to announce their first Armed Forces Day Tribute Concert. The concert is free of charge to any Veteran or patriotic American who wants to express their thanks for our Veterans service.

The Armed Forces Tribute Concert starts at 12pm and will conclude at 1pm on Saturday, May 15th. This is the perfect event for Veterans, reservists or active duty military to celebrate this glorious celebration of pride in their service.
