Prior to coming to SparkBase, Pierce was the Chief Software Architect of DimpleDough, Inc., a cloud-computing card management platform for top-tier retailers and banks. At Datavantage, a subsidiary of MICROS Systems, Inc., Pierce helped architect and manage development of the XStore Java POS, managed development of Relate, an integrated stored value, loyalty and CRM system and oversaw technology and integration between Relate, Balance and XBR, a leading loss prevention tool.
