Contest begins on Monday, January 7th and ends on Friday February 18th, this is a 6 Week – Get Your 6 Pack - New Year’s Fitness Challenge and you must be willing to participate for the entire 6 weeks. They are purposely setup the timing of this contest to coincide with the post – holiday season so that they can help keep people accountable to their Fitness & Nutrition Goals.
