Company Set to Demonstrate New Structured Results Entry Module

Voicebrook to Exhibit at CAP ’13 – The Pathologists’ Meeting™
Lake Success, NY, October 09, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Voicebrook, the leader in Pathology speech recognition and reporting solutions, announces that it will be exhibiting at the College of American Pathologists (CAP) annual conference at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando on October 13-15, 2013.

Voicebrook will introduce the latest version of VoiceOver®, providing a new platform for structured data entry along with new digital dictation and workflow options. Highlights include:

- VoiceOver® Structured Results Entry. This module includes a new administrative model for customization of content and format of structured data entry when inserted in the patient report. Full voice navigation of the CAP electronic Cancer Checklists (eCC) released by CAP on October 1, 2013 is supported.

- Flexible Integration Options. The VoiceOver® suite of products is easily integrated with all major Anatomic Pathology Laboratory Information Systems (APLIS) to “voice optimize” Pathology workflow. VoiceOver® workflows can be customized to support a voice-driven results entry and sign out as single process for the leanest possible (“Once and Done”) workflow in a non-transcription environment. Workflows may include “Delegated Medical Editing” allowing the transcriptionist to edit the report prior to pathologist sign out.

- VoiceOver® Transcription Worklist. This new VoiceOver® module provides an integrated worklist for transcriptionists, integrated with the APLIS workflow, and can be configured for full transcription, editing of speech recognition-transcribed text or quality assurance (QA) spot checking of completed reports.

- Expanded Services Team. Voicebrook has continued to build the most experienced team of experts on speech recognition and pathology workflow, with team members and implementations throughout the US.

“The CAP meeting is one of our most important events each year because it provides an opportunity to interact with a large number of current and future customers,” said Michael Cipriani, Chief Technology Officer, Voicebrook. “This is also an excellent opportunity for us to demonstrate new features and discuss future directions with our software partners.”
