Ron May Joins Marketlinkx Direct's Film and Entertainment Division

Ft. Lauderdale, FL, October 04, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Ron May, a well-known entertainment industry producer, has been appointed Vice President of the Entertainment and Film division of Marketlinkx Direct, Inc., one of the nation’s fastest growing full-service marketing companies. Based in Coral Springs, Fla., he will contribute his brand-building techniques to further develop the entertainment goals of Marketlinkx Direct, Inc.

With more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment and film industry, the addition of Ron May to the executive team will give Marketlinkx a direct connection to major contacts in the entertainment and film arena.

May’s career has been spent developing, marketing and promoting platinum award-winning artists and celebrities. He has worked with some of the most established names in the entertainment and music industries including Luke Campbell, Mario, Pit Bull, Rick Ross, Bow-Wow, Cameo, Freddie Jackson, Jay-Z, P. Diddy, Biggie Smalls, White Dawg, and Drakkari Black.

May’s main projects will involve the use of direct marketing to place independent and major film companies’ feature films, trailers and videos on personal computers, desktops, mobile phones and PDAs. He will oversee the whole process from the concept to the completion.

Marketlinkx Direct is headquartered in Coral Springs, Fla. and will be opening a new 7,500 sq ft facility in December 2007. The new facility will contain a state- of-the-art contact center, a multi-track digital film and animation studio, and a full-service marketing department with media buying, promotions, celebrity marketing, and brand direct marketing divisions. Marketlinkx houses more than 1,200 full-time employees and independent contractors in offices throughout the world, including Houston, Atlanta, Ft. Lauderdale, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, India, and the Philippines.
