)-- Teleperformance, the global leader in outsourced multichannel customer experience management, recently announced that it will be expanding its Grand Rapids, Michigan facility at 2680 Horizon Drive with the recent addition of a new business volume bringing close to 300 new career opportunities to the Grand Rapids area with starting rate of pay of $10.25 an hour with opportunities to earn up to $14 an hour with the new incentives and will be hosting an Open House on Saturday, June 20th, 2015.

The inbound customer contact center in Grand Rapids supports a major telecommunications company, Teleperformance does not release their client’s names, and one of the largest clients has provided Teleperformance this opportunity for expansion into the Michigan market. Employees at this center will provide support for an American multinational technology company that designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, online services, and personal computers.
