“We focused on giving the user a better night out. Buy Me A Drink was designed to save customers time and money when they party,” said Silvana Carpanelli-Hayes, Chief Party Officer for the Singapore based app. She added “Drinking is a social activity so it was natural for us to add new features to send drinks to your friends from across the bar or from across the globe!”
BMD partner venues benefit from a streamlined payment process as the app solves many of the day-to-day operational hiccups and provides a more effective workflow when understaffed.
Buy Me A Drink’s CTO Damir Jakobic : “The F&B industry faces many challenges as it is, so we set out to design a very simple, free of charge system that would help them overcome some of the unnecessary hurdles, saying goodbye to chargebacks is just one of the perks.”
The new Buy Me A Drink App is available on the iTunes store http://budurl.me/BMD15 and the release for Android has been set for July. A series of demo days are scheduled around the city and the public can expect many free drinks just for taking the app for a spin.
