Springfield, MO, January 11, 2016 --( Group Benefit Services (GBS) has selected an additional Regional Marketing Director to accommodate the increased demand for GBS programs. Marvin Meyer joins GBS with nearly twenty-five years of experience in the health benefits industry, most recently as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Preferred Network Access, Inc.

Mr. Meyer has extensive experience in the employee benefits industry, with a focus on client relations and assisting clients in reaching their goals. His responsibilities in previous roles included directing marketing initiatives, creating claims cost-savings analyses, and making solid, cost-effective recommendations for new and in-force cases.

As Regional Marketing Director, Mr. Meyer's primary responsibility will be to assist clients with every aspect of implementing self-funded health plans, from the sales process to employee enrollment meetings to handling client renewals. Mr. Meyer will also serve as a point of contact for client concerns, developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and positive client experiences.
