Robothon 2018 - Impacting Our Community Through Technology

Robothon is a 30-hour "hackathon," inspired by and focused on the advancement and innovation of collaborative robots (robots designed to work alongside and augment humans, not replace them). Most "hackathons" attract top-technology talent from local universities and the community. Participants compete and learn for the thrive of personal advancement, with the intention of introducing the average person to the capabilities of collaborative robots.

York, PA, March 15, 2018 --(PR.com)-- In celebrating the upcoming National Robotics Week (April 7th - 15th, 2018), and bringing Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics directly into the community, York Exponential is excited to host the first ever "Robothon 2018" challenge. An event run by The Fortress Initiative and kicked off by the Mayor of York.
