AD1 Global Shares Vision for 10-Acre Palm Bay Development
Hollywood, FL, April 09, 2018 --(PR.com)-- AD1 Global announced today that it has completed design and renderings for their mixed-use Palm Beach project.

The 10-acre development in the heart of the coastal city will feature 30,000 square feet of retail space and two nationally known brand hotels.

The project envisages a 106-room Hyatt Place, an 87-room Home2 Suites by Hilton and several retail shops and restaurants. The development is adjacent to the Space Coast Harley-Davidson Dealership and Bass Pro shop located on Sportsman’s Lane off I-95, via exit 176.

“These are both select-service hotels that will offer contemporary accommodations and modern design features in a great location,” said AD1 Global CEO Daniel Berman.

Nationally recognized architects Cuhaci and Peterson have been retained for the development.

“We feel that this area in Florida has great investment potential and we foresee considerable growth for the Space Coast in terms of tourism,” said Berman.

The project is expected to be complete in Q1 of 2020.

Palm Bay is the largest city in Brevard County and 2nd largest city in Central Florida, yet only 30% built-out (according to the Palm Beach Development Authority). This offers a very high potential for growth, innovation and strategic opportunities for businesses.

Forbes ranked Palm Bay as "America's 15th Fastest-Growing City in 2017.”

AD1 Global has successfully been expanding its portfolio with recent acquisitions and land purchases. This includes a 59-acre development planned for the red-hot Orlando/Disney World area and a Wyndham Garden hotels in Tallahassee, FL, and Greenville, SC.

"We are positioning ourselves for success by identifying the best opportunities in key growth markets in the Southeast and possibly beyond,” said Berman.
