Denver, CO, November 29, 2018 --(PR.com)-- For the third year in a row, Aurora Police Officers, Adams County Sheriff Officers and Cops Fighting Cancer visited the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute at HealthONE’s Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center (P/SL), in partnership with the Colorado Blood Cancer Institute, to pass out heartfelt, handmade quilts to oncology patients. Each quilt was produced by Aurora Center for Active Adults and has a unique design that took more than 40-hours a piece to make.

Cops Fighting Cancer founder, Officer James Seneca, a 31-year cancer survivor himself, states “I hope these quilts provide healing, strength and some warmth. The healing quilts represent hope that you can overcome cancer. They offer comfort knowing that people care.”
