Edward McEachern, MD, CEO and Brent Cherne, CPA, CFO, combine talents to bring experience and leadership to the new hospital being constructed in Florence Arizona. Florence Community Healthcare will open its doors in late Fall 2009.

Phoenix, AZ, September 03, 2009 --( Edward McEachern, M.D, CEO and Brent Cherne, CPA, CFO, two of the founding members of Initiatives Healthcare, parent company of Florence Community Healthcare, bring over 50 years of combined expertise to the Florence community and Tri-Valley region.

McEachern and Cherne have made an enormous contribution to healthcare regionally and nationwide. They have held diverse roles in the healthcare industry in both management and leadership positions.

The Business Story
- In 2005, Initiatives Healthcare, LLC (IHL) began working on the acquisition of the former Central Arizona Medical Center. They purchased the facility in February 2009 and renovation and construction began in May. Completion date set for late Fall 2009. Initiatives Healthcare, LLC the parent company of Florence Community Healthcare (FCHC) is based on Boise, Idaho.
