Armored Shield Technologies Obtains Settlement of Intellectual Property Claims Against Superior Communications Systems, Inc. and Network Integrity Systems, Inc.

Armored Shield™ Technologies alleged claims for misappropriation of trade secret information, breach of and interference with contract and trade libel and it sought a declaration of copyright ownership.
Network Integrity Systems, Inc. and Superior Communications Systems, Inc. each assigned to Armored Shield™ Technologies its right, title and interest in certain intellectual property described generally as “software designed to operate Armored Shield Technologies’ innovative Secure Passive Optical Network (SPON) system”, including all intellectual property rights to its source code, the software developed and the salient software features and modifications in connection with the Alarmed Management Server (AMS).
