Affordable Method of Drying Waterborne Paint Introduced
Rimouski, Canada, October 11, 2007 --(PR.com)-- AMH Canada Ltd have introduced SpectraJet, a new non-infrared product into the Spectratek range. SpectraJet is a simple air moving system that solves the problem of slow drying waterborne basecoats increasingly used in the automotive refinish industry.

SpectraJet pushes clean fillterd booth air across the painted panels and achieves dry times in as little as 5 minutes. Peter Phillipson Vice President of Sales for AMH commented “ The industry has been looking for a simple, affordable solution for drying waterborne basecoat and SpectraJet certainly meets that requirement” “It was first introduced at Automechanika in Canada at only $399 CND”. “It will also be exhibited at Equip Auto in Paris and NACE in Las Vegas where we anticipate a lot of interest from Californian body shops”.

SpectraJet is not just for panel drying as its reported that this device can dry the whole side of a car without the need to increase the booth air temperature.
