About Felix N. Bongjoh, Ph.D.
Dr. Felix Bongjoh is an independent consultant specializing in human capital development, economics and instructional psychology. He is affiliated with the I.S.P.I. and the A.D.E.A.

Born on February 10, 1952 in Shisong-Bui in Cameroon, he was a Fulbright Scholar at Georgetown University from 1977 to 1978, where he obtained an advanced Certificate from the School of Languages and Linguistics. Dr. Bongjoh also obtained a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems from Florida State University in 1982, shortly after an MS obtained in 1979 from the same university and a subsequent M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Quebec at Montreal in 2002. He subsequently obtained certificates in the areas of Human Resources Management and Healthcare Services from Cornell University. Dr. Bongjoh served for over 30 years in the international finance arena at an International finance Organization, where he was primarily involved in the design, implementation and management of human capital development projects across some twenty countries.

Dr. Bongjoh has written 14 books of poetry including "Chorus on a Bridge," "The Ineluctable Spin," "Weeds of Jewelry," "Season of Flowers,” “Quiet Shadows Scream” and “Angle of Angels.” His book, “Mnemonic Verbalization and Formal Rules in Problem-Solving,” published by Trafford Publishing focuses on the form in which rules are best presented to learners for effective retention and transfer to novel situations of problem solving in a mathematical context. In his spare time, Felix enjoys writing poetry.
