Garnes, President, Next Level Executive Search (NLES) will speak at the Second Annual University of Florida Sports Law Symposium on Friday, Jan. 23, 2009 at 11:30 am. The symposium will be hosted at the University of Florida Levin College of Law campus and includes other notable experts in the sports industry including keynote speaker: Kevin Sullivan, Assistant to the President for Communications, and closing speaker: Bill Rasmussen, Founder of ESPN and recently, the College Fanz Sports Network.
Michael Garnes will bring his vast experience and expertise as a speaker on the Recruiting Panel. Garnes has over 20 years sports industry experience, as well as solid corporate experience in manufacturing and sales with several Johnson and Johnson companies. He has college sports expertise as a former NCAA Enforcement Representative, a collegiate sports and compliance consultant with Holland & Knight (a nationally-ranked law firm) and is the founder of both a collegiate and professional sports business.
